Prodata Weather Systems will be officially closed for the Christmas/New Year holidays from around 1300 on Friday 21st Dec to 0930 on Wednesday 2nd January. Our online shop will of course remain fully open throughout this period to accept new orders. But we will not be dispatching new orders until we reopen on 2nd Jan – courier deliveries are often unreliable & subject to unpredictable delays over this extended holiday and it’s best all-round for us to avoid new dispatches during this period.
Support will continue to be available on a best-efforts basis over this period but we do strongly encourage support requests to be made via our Spiceworks portal or, failing that, via email to support@weatherstations.co.uk . Telephone support will not be available.
We would like to wish all our customers and prospective customers the compliments of the season and trust that you have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday break. We very much look forwards to talking to you again in the New Year when the next chapter opens in Prodata’s business activities as we are able to offer new and improved access to Davis products, along with at least one major new Davis product to be unveiled when the 2019 catalogue is revealed.
