All orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Orders for standard stock items will normally be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of the order.
We hold stock of all standard items, very occasionally, delays can occur when new stock is in transit from the manufacturer / distributors, but we will inform you and keep you up to data in such cases.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier, depending on order size and / or destination. If you would like your order to be sent using a specific courier or for arrival on a specific date or time, please contact us, we will do our best to accommodate your request, extra charges may apply.
Standard delivery may take up to 3 to 5 days from dispatch depending on location and service availability
Expedited delivery to most mainland UK address will be next working day when possible, but may take 1 – 2 working days depending on destination address.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible, either by email or phone.
Orders from outside the UK
If you are outside the UK, please contact us to discuss shipping options in the first instance.

Please give as much detail as possible.
They will advise what action needs to be taken. We can also advise you whether or not the repair is likely to be covered under warranty, and what the estimated charges, if any, will be.
All stations and related add on devices are supplied with a one year Warranty. As an official Davis Service and Repair Centre we offer a Three year Warranty as standard for Complete Davis Stations including Vue and VP2 ISS units. Our three year warranty does not cover purchases from third party website’s.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or use, lightening, negligence, accident or unauthorised service.
Replacement parts are covered by a 90 day warranty, whether supplied directly or fitted by our service centre.
Prodata will cover inbound and outbound shipping costs for repairs for the first 90 days after purchase should a warranty claim be made (inbound shipping to be authorised by Prodata or reimbursement is not guaranteed). After 90 days inbound shipping is the responsibility of the customer please ensure you retain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we are unable to refund it.
Warranty outside of the UK
Any returns or replacement parts sent out under warranty, shipping and insurance to be covered by the customer. This includes any import duties or taxes which may be incurred.
Should you decide that you didn’t want the item after all, you can return it for a full refund. Please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond with details of how to do so.
Please return the goods in their original packaging, and provide suitable protection around the box to ensure safe transit.
It is your responsibility to retain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we are unable to refund it.
Providing the goods are returned in a full saleable condition a full refund will be issued for the goods.
